Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the 50 U.S. states.
How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. During sales and promotions, orders may take longer to process. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the following week. We will be closed on all holidays.
If you did not receive an email, please check your junk/promotions folder and ensure you are using the same email address that was associated with your order.
If you cannot find your confirmation email or tracking confirmation please reach out to us for further assistance.
My order did not arrive, what should I do?
If your order did not arrive, check the tracking number that was sent via email. That will show if the order has been delivered or if there is an issue with the carrier.
If the order says “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with the carrier. It is also possible the packages may accidentally be marked delivered 24-48 hours prior to delivery.
The most common reason for mis-delivery is that the address was entered incorrectly, or the carrier is having an issue with delivering the order. If you have checked the tracking with the carrier, and still cannot locate the package please contact us for further assistance.
I'm nervous to start taking mushroom supplements. Are they safe?
Medicinal mushrooms have a long history of safe use spanning thousands of years. All of our extracts undergo extensive testing and a thorough extraction process to ensure quality and safety.
While rare, some individuals may experience allergies or sensitivities to mushrooms. If you are currently on medication or have an existing health condition, it’s important to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using mushroom supplements, as certain medications may interact with them. If you know you have a mushroom allergy or are being treated for a medical condition, it’s essential to carefully evaluate whether mushroom supplements are appropriate for you.
For more in-depth information about different types of mushrooms, Mycology Press is a valuable resource to explore.
Do I need to take mushroom supplements continuously to get the benefits?
Everyone's experience may vary since our bodies metabolize beneficial compounds differently. The effects of functional mushrooms are often noticed with consistent, long-term use. Generally, it’s suggested to use them consistently for two to three weeks, though some individuals may not notice benefits until months later. Adjusting the dosage can also make a difference—1 to 3 grams per day is common, but the ideal amount may differ for each person.
Pay attention to how your body responds to find what works best for you, or consult with a healthcare professional who specializes in functional mushrooms for personalized advice.
When will I notice a difference?
Everyone's experience may vary because each person metabolizes beneficial compounds differently. The advantages of functional mushrooms often become more noticeable with consistent use over time. Some effects may be immediate, while others, like immune support, might be more subtle—such as not falling ill as often.
Will the mushrooms show up on a drug test?
Standard drug tests typically screen for psilocybin or psilocin, the compounds found in psychoactive mushrooms, which we do not sell as they are illegal.
We offer functional mushrooms that do not contain psilocybin or psilocin and therefore are unlikely to show up on a drug test. However, if you have any concerns, it's always a good idea to consult with the provider of your drug test to confirm there won’t be any issues.
Where are your mushrooms grown and packaged?
All of our mushrooms, except Chaga, is grown right here on our farm in Idalia, CO. Our mushrooms are organic and free of any pesticides or herbicides.
Due to its unique characteristics, Chaga can only be cultivated on live birch tress. Since we don't have birch tress in Colorado, we source our Chaga from an organic Chaga farm in Upstate New York.
All of our products are packaged at our farm following best practices required by the Colorado Cottage Foods Act.
